### **Your Order Cancellation Rights**
You are entitled to cancel your order **before it has been shipped** without providing any reason for doing so.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can notify us by:

If you’ve entered the wrong address on the checkout page and the package is returned to the warehouse due to your error, you cannot claim a chargeback or request a refund. However, we are happy to re-ship the order in such cases.
We will reimburse you no later than **14 days** from the day we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

### **Monthly Subscriptions**
If you have a monthly subscription and wish to cancel it, all future charges associated with upcoming months will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; however, the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period.
You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but your subscription access, delivery, and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue until the end of that period.

### **Conditions for Returns**
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The Goods were purchased within the last **200 days**.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
- The Goods must be unopened to qualify for a refund. We do not accept returns for opened bottles.
The following Goods **cannot be returned**:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that were returned due to an incorrect address provided by you (we are happy to re-ship in this case).
- Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiration date.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods purchased on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by applicable law.

### **Returning Goods**

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

### **Gifts**
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a **gift credit** for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
